Before committing training money on salespeople, did you every stop top think are they trainable? And if so where do they need specific development, is it sales skills or mind skill training that would best serve them?

Not all sales people are trainable! In other words they will not execute what they will learn, commonly due to a lack of the crucial DNA we test for. When salespeople lack the crucial elements of success they are less likely to adapt to change. Conversely when salespeople have all four crucial elements they are open to change and will do what ever it takes to succeed.

Often companies spend money on sales training in hope to improve the salesperson performance, but neglect psychological condition that can inhibit the sales process taking place. We test for hidden weakness that can inhibit the sales person executing the sales skills they know they should to advance the sale.
